MegaPari Rules and Regulations in Pakistan
These terms set the rules and regulations for using the official MegaPari website and mobile application in Pakistan. By accessing or creating an account, you agree to the conditions below and all referenced policies. Services are offered only where online betting is legal, and you must ensure your use complies with local law. The operator may restrict access, suspend features, or require verification at any time.
General Terms
- Agreement to terms
- By completing registration, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gambling rules, and any game- or sport-specific rules. If you do not agree, do not create an account or place bets.
- MegaPari may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted on the site or MegaPari app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. You should read updates regularly.
- Eligibility and legality
- You confirm you are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
- You are responsible for ensuring that betting is allowed by the laws that apply to you. In Pakistan, gambling and betting are restricted under local law; you must not use the services if your use would be illegal.
- You must not access the platform from locations where online betting is prohibited. The operator may block access based on location or legal requirements.
- Account rules and proper use
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed and related bets or bonuses voided.
- Information supplied during registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Keep your login secure and do not allow others to use your account.
- Use of bots, scripts, scraping, automated systems, VPN misuse, collusion, syndicate betting, or use of inside information is prohibited.
- Abuse of any bonus or promotional offer is not allowed. The platform may limit eligibility for bonuses per person, household, IP, payment method, or device.
- Content and intellectual property
- All site content, markets, data, and odds are owned by the operator or licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Copying, distributing, scraping, or exploiting content or odds without written permission is not allowed.
- Liability and disclaimer
- The platform provides services on an “as available” basis. Interruptions, delays, or errors may occur due to network or third-party factors.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for loss of profits, business, data, or any indirect or consequential losses. For settled bets, liability is limited to the stake or the amount due on the bet, whichever applies.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
- Suspension and termination
- Accounts may be suspended or closed for breach of these terms, fraud prevention, KYC/AML concerns, responsible gambling measures, or legal requirements.
- You may request account closure at any time, subject to settlement of open bets and compliance checks.
General Betting Rules
- Eligibility to place bets
- Only verified users who meet age and legal requirements may place bets.
- You must have sufficient available balance in your account and must not be self-excluded or otherwise restricted.
- Bet placement and acceptance
- A bet is accepted when it appears in your bet history and a confirmation or ticket ID is issued.
- Pre-match bets must be placed before the scheduled start time. Live betting is accepted only during in-play periods as shown in the market.
- The platform may refuse, limit, or partly accept any bet at its discretion. Market availability, odds, and lines can change at any time before acceptance.
- Minimum and maximum stakes; payout limits
- Minimum and maximum stakes are shown on the bet slip or market page. Limits may vary by sport, event, market, bet type, and account status.
- Daily or event-based payout ceilings may apply. Applicable limits are displayed in the rules or on the market page.
- Settlement and calculation
- Bets are settled on the official result as declared by the event’s governing body at the time of settlement. Later changes for disciplinary or statistical reasons do not usually affect settlement.
- Decimal odds apply unless stated otherwise. Winnings are calculated as stake multiplied by odds, less the stake where applicable.
- For multiples (accumulators), all selections must win for the bet to be successful unless the bet type states otherwise.
- Dead-heat rules may apply, leading to proportional settlement of the stake.
- You are responsible for any tax reporting required under your local law.
- Postponements, voids, and errors
- If an event is postponed, abandoned, or suspended, settlement follows the market rules shown on the event page. Bets may stand, be carried over, or be void depending on the rule for that market.
- If a pricing, line, or settlement error occurs, or odds are materially wrong, the platform may correct the error or void affected bets.
- Cancellations and user changes
- Once accepted, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user. Cash Out, if available, is an optional feature and not guaranteed.
- Restrictions to protect integrity
- The platform may restrict bets or close markets for integrity reasons, suspicious betting patterns, or risk management.
- Prohibited conduct includes using multiple accounts, proxy services to evade limits, arbitrage from delayed data, or placing bets based on non-public information.
- Bonuses and free bets
- Bonuses, free bets, and promotional tokens are subject to specific terms, including wagering and expiry. If conditions are not met, related winnings may be cancelled.
Payment Rules
- Deposits
- Funding methods available to Pakistan users are displayed in the cashier. Only payment instruments in your name may be used.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on the method and are shown before you confirm a transaction. Third-party fees or currency conversion charges may apply.
- The platform may credit deposits only after confirmation from the payment provider.
- Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit where possible and only to accounts in your name.
- Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawal. You may be asked for proof of identity, address, and ownership of payment accounts.
- Processing times vary by method and verification status. Internal review is usually completed within a reasonable period; bank or network delays may extend timelines.
- The operator may set daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits. Such limits are disclosed in the cashier or account page.
- Fees and exchange
- Internal fees, if any, are shown in the cashier before you confirm a transaction. External providers may charge their own fees.
- If your account currency differs from the transaction currency, conversion will occur at rates set by the payment provider or the platform, as displayed at the time of the transaction.
- Security, AML, and turnover
- To meet AML obligations, the platform may require at least one-time wagering (turnover) of deposited funds before approving a withdrawal.
- The operator may request additional documents, source-of-funds information, or enhanced checks when thresholds are reached or unusual activity is detected.
- Transaction restrictions and cancellations
- Transactions may be delayed, reversed, or cancelled if fraud, chargeback risks, or policy breaches are suspected.
- Accounts may be frozen while investigations are completed. Lawful balances may be returned after compliance checks.
Responsible Gambling

- KYC and verification
- You may be required to submit valid identity documents, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods.
- Additional checks may be required for higher-risk profiles, large transactions, politically exposed persons (PEPs), or sanctions screening results.
- Monitoring and detection
- Transactions and betting patterns are monitored for unusual activity, including rapid in-out transfers, third-party payments, account layering, or use of anonymising tools.
- The operator may request explanations and supporting documents to verify the legitimacy of funds.
- Consequences of breaches
- Accounts can be restricted, frozen, or closed where AML concerns arise.
- Funds may be withheld pending investigation and, where required by law, reported to competent authorities. The operator is not obliged to disclose the existence of such reports.
